MARKETPLACE

Last updated: July, 14, 2026

Approved marketplaces, transfer controls, creator royalties, and what happens if you try to route around them.

1. Marketplace Approval

OozGang reserves the right to approve, permit, restrict, block, blacklist, remove, or otherwise control marketplaces, platforms, protocols, smart contracts, operators, or trading venues that interact with OozGang Digital Collectibles.

Marketplace approval may be based on royalty support or enforcement, creator fee support, security, contract compatibility, brand protection, Holder protection, marketplace conduct, technical requirements, or other ecosystem considerations.

OozGang may add or remove an Approved Marketplace at any time. Approval of a marketplace is not permanent.

A previously approved marketplace may later be restricted or removed. A previously restricted marketplace may later be approved.

OozGang does not guarantee continued access to any marketplace.

2. Transfer Controls

The OozGang smart contract or related systems may use operator filtering, approval controls, transfer controls, allowlists, blocklists, or other technical mechanisms to enforce marketplace policies, support creator royalties, protect intellectual property, or protect the OozGang ecosystem.

These mechanisms may prevent or restrict approvals, listings, sales, or interactions through non-approved marketplaces or smart contracts.

3. Royalties and Fees

OozGang may establish, modify, or update secondary sale fees, creator royalties, marketplace requirements, and related policies at any time.

Attempting to intentionally bypass, evade, exploit, circumvent, or interfere with marketplace restrictions, royalty mechanisms, transfer controls, or technical protections may result in suspension or revocation of intellectual property licensing rights.

4. Listing and Your License

Commercial licensing rights are tied to current ownership and eligibility.

Listing an OozGang Digital Collectible for sale immediately suspends the commercial license associated with that Digital Collectible.

Full transfer and sale rules are in Mint & Collectibles.
