- Wallet addresses. Your public blockchain wallet address when you connect to our Services. We do not collect or store private keys.
- Transaction data. On-chain transaction hashes, mint activity, check-in history, token balances, and NFT ownership data. This information is publicly available on the blockchain.
- Usage data. Pages visited, features used, timestamps, referral sources, and affiliate codes used during minting.
- Device information. Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution for the purpose of delivering a functional user experience.

- Financial account or credit card information (all payments are made in cryptocurrency directly on-chain)
2. How We Use Your Information

- Fulfill merch orders. Process payments, ship products, send order confirmations, and provide tracking updates.
- Operate the staking portal. Track check-in history, calculate streaks, distribute $OOZ token rewards, manage multi-wallet linking, and display leaderboard rankings.
- Process minting. Verify presale eligibility, validate affiliate referrals, distribute $OOZ starter bags to minters, and record mint activity.
- Operate the marketplace. Facilitate NFT listings, sales, and royalty distribution on OozBay.
- Send transactional emails. Order confirmations, shipping notifications, and service-related updates.
- Improve our Services. Analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and improve user experience.
- Prevent fraud. Detect and prevent unauthorized transactions, replay attacks, and abuse of the minting or rewards systems.

- Fulfillment partners. Shipping addresses and order details are shared with our third-party fulfillment center solely for the purpose of shipping your merch order.

- Blockchain data. Wallet addresses, transaction data, token balances, and NFT ownership are inherently public on the blockchain. Anyone can view this data through block explorers.
- Leaderboard. If you participate in the staking portal, your wallet address (or display name if set), check-in streaks, and $OOZ earnings may be displayed on the public leaderboard.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Personal information (names, emails, shipping addresses, order history) is stored in secured databases with access restricted to authorized personnel.
- We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure database configurations.
- Payment transactions occur directly on the ApeChain blockchain. We do not process, store, or have access to any traditional payment card information.
- While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
- Merch order data. Retained for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, handle returns or disputes, and comply with legal and tax obligations.
- Staking and mint data. Check-in history, token distribution records, and wallet activity are retained for the operational life of the Services.
- Email addresses. Retained until you request removal or the Services are discontinued.
- On-chain data. Blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else.
