$OOZ is the utility and access token for the OZ Universe. It is not an investment, and it carries no revenue share, no profit share, and no guaranteed return.
1. Ecosystem Utility
$OOZ is an ecosystem utility token intended for use within the OozGang ecosystem.
$OOZ is designed to support ecosystem participation, engagement, rewards, access, redemption, and other current or future OozGang utilities.
Potential $OOZ uses may include:
- Holder and ecosystem participation rewards
- Ownership-based participation programs
- Soft-staking or similar non-custodial ownership verification programs
- Marketplace-related rewards or incentives
- Merchandise-related rewards or redemptions
- Raffles, drawings, games, contests, or randomized reward systems where permitted
- Entry tickets or participation credits
- Digital or physical product redemptions
- Access to eligible ecosystem experiences or features
- Community engagement
- Future OozGang ecosystem products, services, platforms, or integrations
Specific utilities, reward rates, eligibility requirements, redemption requirements, distribution amounts, participation rules, caps, and program durations may vary. Not every utility will be available at all times.
OozGang may add, modify, suspend, replace, limit, or discontinue $OOZ utilities, reward systems, redemption opportunities, or ecosystem integrations at any time.
2. Sinks and Redemptions
OozGang may create mechanisms allowing $OOZ to be spent, redeemed, transferred, or permanently removed from circulation in connection with ecosystem activities.
These mechanisms may include raffles, randomized drawings, entries, merchandise, digital products, physical products, experiences, games, access, or other utilities.
$OOZ used for an ecosystem activity may be transferred to a designated wallet or smart contract, retained for ecosystem purposes, redistributed, or permanently removed from circulation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific program, $OOZ spent or redeemed is non-refundable.
Raffles, contests, drawings, or randomized reward systems may be subject to separate official rules, eligibility requirements, limitations, and restrictions.
No OozGang Holder or $OOZ holder has a contractual right to receive marketplace fees, royalties, mint proceeds, merchandise revenue, profits, treasury assets, or other ecosystem revenue.
Use of ecosystem resources to support $OOZ does not constitute revenue sharing, dividends, equity, or a promise of financial return. OozGang is not obligated to allocate any specific amount or percentage of revenue, royalties, fees, or treasury assets to $OOZ.
4. No Guaranteed Value, Liquidity, or Return
$OOZ is intended as an ecosystem utility token.
No representation or guarantee is made regarding its price, value, liquidity, tradability, exchange availability, or future demand.
There is no guaranteed minimum price, floor price, redemption value, appreciation, or financial return.
OozGang does not promise that $OOZ will increase in value or that a market or liquidity pool will continuously exist.
Any third-party market price may fluctuate substantially and may become zero.
$OOZ rewards and distributions are ecosystem participation mechanisms and are not promises of profit, interest, dividends, yield, or financial return.
No estimate, projection, social media statement, community discussion, or prior distribution should be interpreted as a guarantee regarding future $OOZ value or performance.
5. No Ownership or Governance Rights
Unless expressly provided in a separate official policy, $OOZ does not provide equity, company ownership, profit-sharing rights, revenue rights, voting rights, governance rights, intellectual property ownership, or rights to treasury assets.
Holding $OOZ does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary relationship, or similar relationship with OozGang.
6. Token and Smart Contract Risks
$OOZ and OozGang ecosystem features may rely on blockchain networks, smart contracts, decentralized exchanges, liquidity pools, wallets, interfaces, and third-party infrastructure.
These systems may experience exploits, vulnerabilities, failures, interruptions, manipulation, liquidity changes, or incompatibility.
Users are responsible for verifying official token contract information before interacting with $OOZ.
OozGang is not responsible for counterfeit tokens, fraudulent contracts, impersonators, unauthorized liquidity pools, third-party trading platforms, or transactions involving an incorrect contract.
Users are responsible for wallet security, approvals, signatures, and blockchain transactions.
