Official OozGang merchandise is currently available for purchase and shipment within the United States only.
Orders placed using shipping addresses outside the United States may be rejected, canceled, or refunded. OozGang is not responsible for orders placed using freight forwarding services, package forwarding services, reshipping services, or other third-party methods intended to route merchandise outside the United States.
1. Order Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate order, contact, and shipping information.
OozGang is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
2. Product Availability and Appearance
Merchandise may be produced in limited quantities and is subject to availability.
Product images, mockups, photographs, and digital representations are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual colors, print placement, embroidery, sizing, texture, materials, and other minor product characteristics may vary due to manufacturing processes, displays, lighting, or production differences.
Reasonable manufacturing or production variations are not considered defects.
OozGang may modify product specifications, materials, packaging, manufacturers, or fulfillment providers when reasonably necessary, provided the merchandise remains substantially consistent with the product ordered.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Orders may require processing, production, handling, and fulfillment time before shipment.
OozGang is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, service interruptions, natural events, supply chain issues, manufacturer delays, fulfillment providers, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside OozGang's reasonable control.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery processes.
OozGang does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly stated in writing for the applicable order.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Customers should promptly report merchandise that arrives materially damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered.
OozGang may require photographs, packaging information, shipping information, or other reasonable evidence necessary to review an order issue.
Claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, lost, or stolen merchandise must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the recorded delivery date or, for packages without a recorded delivery, within thirty (30) days of the last estimated delivery date.
OozGang may, in its discretion and after reviewing the circumstances, provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or other reasonable resolution.
OozGang is not responsible for theft or loss occurring after a shipping carrier records a package as delivered. Any replacement or accommodation for a package recorded as delivered is discretionary.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, all merchandise sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not guaranteed for incorrect size selections, changes of mind, customer preference, or other non-defect-related reasons.
Approved returns or exchanges must comply with the instructions provided by OozGang and may require merchandise to be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless OozGang determines that the merchandise was materially defective or the incorrect item was shipped.
Refund processing times may vary based on the payment method or payment provider.
6. Limited Releases and Purchase Limits
OozGang may establish quantity limits, purchase limits, wallet limits, household limits, or other restrictions for merchandise releases.
OozGang may cancel orders reasonably believed to involve automated purchasing, fraudulent activity, circumvention of purchase limits, unauthorized resale activity, or abuse of a merchandise release.
Availability of merchandise in one release does not guarantee future restocks or continued availability.
7. Merchandise and Digital Collectible Rights
Purchasing OozGang merchandise does not grant ownership of OozGang intellectual property, commercial licensing rights, Digital Collectible ownership, $OOZ rights, or any other ecosystem rights unless expressly stated as part of the applicable product or promotion.
Merchandise ownership does not authorize reproduction, manufacturing, resale of counterfeit or reproduced merchandise, or commercial use of OozGang Artwork, logos, branding, or intellectual property.
The resale of an authentic, lawfully purchased physical merchandise item does not grant the purchaser any intellectual property or commercial licensing rights.
