1. Transfer, Sale, and Listing Rules
Commercial licensing rights are tied to current ownership and eligibility.
Listing an OozGang Digital Collectible for sale immediately suspends the commercial license associated with that Digital Collectible.
Upon sale or transfer, the previous Holder's licensing rights terminate.
The new Holder becomes subject to these Terms but must independently satisfy the Reversoz ownership requirement before receiving commercial licensing rights.
The previous Holder must discontinue new Commercial Use after their license terminates.
OozGang may establish reasonable wind-down requirements for physical inventory lawfully produced during a valid commercial license period.
2. Digital Collectible and Blockchain Risks
OozGang Digital Collectibles and ecosystem features are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
Blockchain technology, smart contracts, wallets, marketplaces, bridges, networks, and third-party services may experience failures, exploits, interruptions, congestion, or incompatibility.
OozGang does not guarantee future value, liquidity, marketplace availability, resale price, profit, appreciation, or continuous access to any blockchain service.
OozGang is not responsible for lost, stolen, compromised, mistakenly transferred, or inaccessible Digital Collectibles or tokens and may be unable to recover them.
3. Metadata, Artwork, and Technical Updates
OozGang may maintain, improve, correct, migrate, update, or modify metadata, technical infrastructure, hosting systems, integrations, ecosystem utilities, and collection-related systems.
Material Artwork or trait changes may be subject to advance notice when reasonably practical.
Technical, security, compatibility, metadata, or emergency changes may be implemented without advance notice when reasonably necessary.
The purpose and utility of $OOZ may evolve as the OozGang ecosystem develops.

OozGang Digital Collectibles and $OOZ are intended for collectible and ecosystem utility purposes.
